His neighbors began asking if I could clean for them too, and before long, I took a 90-day leave from my job to see if I could build a business. By the end of that leave, I was cleaning full-time, and Lil Suzi’s Housecleaning officially became a business in January 2005.
More than 20 years later, I’m still very much a hands-on owner. I clean alongside my team, train and support our cleaners, work directly with customers, and stay involved in the day-to-day details of the business.
I’m a wife, mom and grandmother, a lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely believes in treating people well. I’ve built this business around hard work, honesty, compassion and the idea that how you treat people matters just as much as the work you do for them.
Lil Suzi’s has grown and changed a lot over the years, but it’s still a small, locally owned business with my name on it—and I take that personally. ❤️
