Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We require 36 hours notice before your scheduled appointment to cancel without charge. If you are sick, please cancel your cleaning until you are well. This includes fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cold/flu symptoms or doctor diagnosis of illness within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. There is a 36 hour notice required to cancel without incurring a charge.

Cancelling or rescheduling with 36 hrs notice

Giving at least 36 hours notice gives Managment time to reduce staff scheduled for that day or offer your spot to a customer on our waiting list.

First Cancellation without 36 hrs notice

Second Cancellation without 36 hrs notice

Third Or subsequent cancellations without 36 hrs notice

1/2 of cleaning fee
