Frequently asked questions

We are a small locally operated business. We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our spaces make it into our bodies. A good majority of our cleaning products are all natural, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy. We also utilize many cleaning tools minimizing the need for harsh cleaners.  We only  use chemical cleaners like bleach and degreasers when they are necessary. 

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. Our services do not include cleaning up your pets waste. We ask that you take care of any pet waste prior to our arrival. 

Yes! Most extras we work at an hourly rate but if there is something extra you need done on a recurring basis, let me know at the time of bid and it can be included in your initial bid. I have a list of our basic cleaning services as well as deep cleaning services. If what you need accomplished isn’t on those lists, let’s talk about it. We offer an Extra Customized Services (see this section under services offered) to our customers according to their needs.

The only thing we ask you to have available are paper towels. We provide cleaners, tools, rags, vacuum, hard floor pad, mop and bucket. If you have something you prefer on a special surface, we ask that you have it out or let us know where to find it. We do provide top quality cleaning products that are each suitable for their intended surface in your home. We do not use any ammonia based cleaners. 

Currently, I employ a small staff of 4 people including myself. I have one full time cleaning helper and 2 part time cleaning helpers. We try to send a familiar face to your home each cleaning. I am present at 90% of all jobs. On occasion, I may not be present due to illness, doctor appointments or other appointments I can’t schedule another time. If you prefer me not to send my staff when I can’t be present, please let me know so we can reschedule for a time when I am available.

We are not currently bonded or insured but are in the process of getting to that point. This is my next goal, set for late Spring or sooner. I will update this section as soon as this is accomplished. What I do have currently to set your mind at ease is excellent references. I am happy to provide you with at least 3 current work references upon request.
